Silver medal for Tobias Angerer!
German Tobias Angerer carried out a great performance today by finishing 2nd in the Pursuit (15 km classical + 15 km free).

In spite of a race which began very quickly, Tobias succeeded in clinging to the leading group during the 30 kilometers’ competition and kept up the good work in the final laps to take a place on the podium between the Swedish Hellner and Olsson, who have been very tactical in this competition. At 32 years, Tobias clinched thus his second individual Olympic medal (bronze medal in the 15 km C at Turin in 2006).
